EXPLORE PLUMSTEAD MANOR NURSERY

COVID-19 Update - April 2021

Welcome back to normal opening hours.

Following the amazing work of the team at the nursery we are pleased to say that we are back to normal working hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm.

With the easing of lockdown restrictions across the country can we please ask that you ensure that you still adhere to our COVID-19 practices including:

  • Dropping your child off at the gate rather than inside the nursery.

  • Ensuring that while waiting you maintain a safe 2m distance away from any other parent.

  • Use the hand sanitiser at the gate before pressing the buzzer.

  • All parents/guardians dropping-off/collecting should be wearing a mask while lining up as well as at hand-over.

  • Immediately getting your child a COVID-19 PCR if they show any currently outlined symptoms, ensuring to inform the nursery of their immediate absence and any positive test result.

About Our Nursery

Plumstead Manor Nursery provides students with a rich and diverse learning environment. Inspected by Ofsted in February 2018, we were confirmed to be a good nursery which 'Fosters warm, caring and trusting relationships with children'. Our team work to support the development and wellbeing of all the children with us, nurturing their growth and encouraging them to learn and create each passing day. Children from the ages of 2 and 5 strengthen their independence with us as they learn about the world and prepare for their next stage of learning, including moving
onto primary school.

We have places for up to 30 children per day and encourage applications from all backgrounds and cultures so please do get in touch and arrange a visit if you are interested in your child joining our waiting list.  We have spaces for children under both the 15 and 30 free hours scheme on a yearly basis.

Mission Statement

We desire to build a strong open relationship with children and parents through our open door policy. This we feel provides us with a happy and safe learning environment where children and adults can thrive. Using inside and outside play, we encourage children to explore and learn at a pace they are happy with and provide surroundings they feel comfortable in.
